Hello sweetheart! I want to tell you my name is Becky not Betty, but I have

been called BettyBoo many times so you are not to far from the picture, lol.

Thank you for your understanding about what occurred to me with meditation. I

am in a very good place now. I LOVE meditating, I do it couple times a day,

sometimes 3 times. At times I feel I can just be in that state of stillness all

day long. I do find myself in a meditative state when I am walking through the

woods, cleaning, or making dinner, just to name a few. I thing called it

walking meditation? I am very happy you brought up this issue, it is a very

important one. My husband began to meditate but he does it for about 10-15

minutes once in a while, I think he is actually sleeping for I don't snore

loudly when I meditate. I have warned him about Kundalini as he is living

right now with a prime example and he just says " Kundalini is not my thing " , he

was warned. I also have a German, dear friend and neghbor that medtates, has a

very nice meditation set up in her house, I have warned her about the

possibility of activating Kundalini. She had no idea

what it was, we went to her computer and (in German, uff) she began to google

the word. Have no idea what she read, but she was thankful.

A few weeks ago I went to my son's wrestling tournament couple of hours away

from home, and saw this shop that made this awesome stickers that can be placed

on car windows. I had him make me one and it's on my van now. Imagine a large

circle of large letters all in gold. On the top following the lines of the

large circle it has Kundalini on the bottom of the circle also following the

lines says Shakti, in the middle there's a snake coiled. There's no backing, so

the entire Kundalini Shakti and the snake is kind of free flowing. it is pretty

cool, I wonder what the Germans think about it, or do they even know?
