Guest guest
It is ok to begin slowly at first with the Tibetans. If you only can physically do one of each that is a good start - as you gain strength increase the number in increments of (3)- I was doing the exercise versions til I was told to do the real Tibetans. I began with three of each - then raised it to six of each and now i am doing 9 of each - it takes alot out of me but i am ok with going slow- So do not feel you are not following the safeties if you do only a few of the Tibetans - each of us progresses at a different pace - if you can only do one of each then that is what you do - The spinning I find goes best if I look at an object at eye level then slowly turn my body but turn my head abit faster than the body but look again at the object at eye level - this is a dancer technique for turning - eventually I will do all 21 but for now I go at my pace - slowly - Good spinning to all
