It helped me get to the point where I could then balance enough to even stop looking at the thumb and spin around with my eyes just unfocused. I never would have thought it possible! lol! Maybe now I can get back on those amusement park rides I used to love as a child! Guest guest Posted January 27, 2008 Report Share Posted January 27, 2008 I agree too. I went with Elektra's advice when I first started and it helped alot. It kept me from getting nauseated. Now I can do them with eyes unfocused or even closed. Sometimes I still get a little dizzy, but not nauseated. When I get a little dizzy, I just stand still for a few seconds afterward to get my equilibrium back, then I'm ok to go on to the next exercise.
