I do not recommend this method for the head, you

should focus your eyes on the end of the thumb you are

turning towrads, the right thumb. Look at the nail or

something on it, this makes it MUCH EASIER.

You do not lose your balance.

TRY IT!!!!

I agree with Elektra. I tried it her way and it worked really well. It

helped me get to the point where I could then balance enough to even

stop looking at the thumb and spin around with my eyes just unfocused.

I never would have thought it possible! lol! Maybe now I can get back

on those amusement park rides I used to love as a child!

I agree too. I went with Elektra's advice when I first started and it

helped alot. It kept me from getting nauseated. Now I can do them

with eyes unfocused or even closed. Sometimes I still get a little

dizzy, but not nauseated. When I get a little dizzy, I just stand

still for a few seconds afterward to get my equilibrium back, then

I'm ok to go on to the next exercise.
