Dearest wonderful, Loving folks -

Yes it's another one of those, Becky needs to share what are the comings and

the goings of my Kundalini experience. Sharing with the hope that perhaps as

you encounter this it may help you along the way in knowing " it's normal, yes

it's Kundalini, no worries and the likes "

I have been diligently following the safeties and meditating everyday, a

morning and evening practice and sometimes I am called to do a third one. Once

again, new dimensions is added to the meditation experience and one that I am

experiencing right now as I " speak " . For a long while now, while in meditation,

I have been in a place of total stillness, there's no energy flowing, just

stillness. My body gently vibrating from crown on down to the sole of my feet.

I almost feel paralyzed like I am absorbed, don't know if that would be the

right term but that's how it feels, like I am in complete absorption. A humming

noise or drums is what I hear. My eyes are up and I can clearly view this golden

light that completely covers anything from brow on up. This golden light is

behind my eyes, it is nothing like this extremely white light that covers my

entire body when I meditate and it is outside of my body, like layered over me.

This has been happening for a while now while

I am experiencing surges of the energy or I am in this " absorbed " state. The

other day I was happily meditating (I am having serious problems whipping my

smile off my face) and all of the sudden not even 5 minutes into this session, I

saw a bright flash of very pure white light on the left eye " behind my eyes " .

The flash was almost like what would be experienced when a flash camera is used.

The light was long in dimension and on my left side only. I didn't worry much

or thought about it much for Shakti has my life full of surprises and this one

does not shock me at all. I have been continuing my meditation with this white

light coming in and flashing here and there, always on the left side. The other

day a not so strong version of the same flash came on only on my right side.

Today it was very different, my meditation began with a wonderful conversation

with Shakti, I have decided she resides in my heart. I ask a question and the

pitch of sounds in my " ears " more

like my head changes along with warm surges and explosions of energy in my

heart area. The noises can varied depending where I am, what I am doing and to

whom I am in company with. It does not talk English so I am trying to learn

the language, the language of sound, but I have noticed a distinctive sound

Shakti makes when I am having a conversation with her. Today, after my talk I

began experiencing the flow of energy in the normal manner. I get this tickling

feeling in my Solar Plexus and wham....energy begins to explode in my heart

chakra. A wave would begin to dissipate and right on its tail another just as

strong or stronger would begin. Like riding a roller coaster, as you descend

you begin to ascend again. Then it started, the white light came from behind my

eyes in the right side only and this wonderful golden hue covered the entire

insides of my upper center, from brow on up. The energy continues to flow non

stop, one wave after another. This went on for about an hour and half. I had

lost complete sense of time, I thought I had been in this state for about 30

minutes at the most. As I sat and contemplated and caught my breath I felt

incredible Love, pure Love, and peace. As I went to the living room I felt

incredible happiness, immense joy. I was looking

out the window to the hills here in Germany and everything looked so much more

beautiful, so much more in place. This is what my experiences has been lately.

The lights are on and I am glad to be home. This past weekend I had reoccurring

thoughts about Shakti and why do I look up when I pray, that's when I felt the

voice within tell me that she resides in my heart, for she is Goddess as I am

Goddess, we are One.

You are truly blessed, what a wonderful experience,

and having read your story it now explains the

tickling feelings, in a circle, that I had around my

solar plexus chakra yesterday.

What a lovely Becky sharing, wow sister, you sure know

how to write a wonderful desription. I loved reading

that and felt warm waves of joy and bliss gently
