Guest guest
Today something happened again. A man came up to me and told me of his difficulties and that he needed help. He needed some money because he, his wife and children were stuck when their car broke down today. He said he has no credit cards and no money to get home and the bus for all 5 of them would cost $175.00 (or something like that and that all he needed was another $20.00 (I gave him that) Is it my energy do you think that people are coming to me like this? I think this is a good thing that people who are in need are gravitating towards me. I would like to know more about the Right use of will if this applies. I think it dose. Because how do I know if I am really helping the person or not and if not what will happen. Guest guest
Hi Laura I am glad you asked that question, as the same situations have arisen for me, you could just go with your feelings, however, whatever his reason for the money, it will be used for a good cause (in my humble opinion) no matter which way it is used, if he chooses to abuse that gesture at some point he will have to reach that realisation of accountability and responsibility and maybe just maybe your giving it might bring that realisation sooner - well that's my view, what have I lost only replaceable monopoly money! love and blessings nick --- laurashomefires <laurashomefires wrote: > Today something happened again. It doesn't matter if it helps that person or not. Love will help someone, every time it is given. Maybe nothing will change for the person you reach out to, but maybe someone will see your kindness and choose to pay that forward themselves. Maybe you ease their burden just enough for them to get over themselves in a moment they might not have. Being attached to the outcome will only set up roadblocks to your leadership. You cannot always know what " help " your actions will bring, it is giving for its own sake that will bring the highest joy. For me, realizing this was a huge gift, it has allowed me to become a lot more giving. Love will help someone, every time it is given ... even when the only person it helps is the giver. Guest guest
Right on! Brandi Jasmine. I agree 100%. Do your giving cheerfully with no attachments or concern for the outcome. Guest guest
My feeling is that the K will draw certain things into your experiences. Some of them will be opportunities for selfless service (such as what you did today) and others will be lesson oriented (ex. how you react in a negative situation). I also think it is important that you begin using your inner discernment about situations, intuiting what is needed in each case. Guest guest
Yes Laura Joyce, You did he right thing because you acted from a point of love. Discernment is also helpful. Feel the honesty of the action you are about to take. See if it comes from guilt or from fear or any of a myriad other reasons for giving. Try your best to allow it to come from love pure and simple. If the person is lying or not truthful that is on them to balance not you. But also do not be gullible and do try to discern the truth when at all possible. - blessings LauraJoyce - chrism
