I have a HOLE in my head...

This is what I had put in my journal, I wanted to share it with all of

you. Some new experiences for me, so if you are interested here it is.

I had a wonderful practice today! I started with the compression prayer

skipping the Tibetans (my menstrual) deciding that would be best.

Anyway, while doing the prayer I listened to the Dalai Lama CD that

Chrism had given me. While doing the prayer, occasionally I would see a

brilliant strobe of lights flash and I could feel the presence of God

everywhere, I felt a real strong connection. After I was finished with

the compression prayer, I decided to meditate.

 

 

 

During meditation with lasted about 2 hours, I experienced flashes of

places. Once I was traveling at a high rate of speed through an old

roadway constructed like a tunnel, the top of the tunnel purposely had

voids in it to all for light. I felt the sense of having been there

before, in ancient times. Then I went from that to seeing an eye looking

at me from the center of a huge stone carving. The carving depicted that

of an Egyptian King. It was rather eerie looking because it wasn't

stone like the rest of the carving, it was real as if someone were

inside the head of this carving looking at me with one eye. Then it

flashed from that to just an eye looking at me from space. Then I was on

the back of a cart or something being pulled by horses at a high rate of

speed. In a flash, I was seeing lights of all different colors flashing,

going in and out of the darkness from all over periodically seeing

flashes of old barn homes and fields and other scenery.

 

 

 

I also did the chakra breathing and now " I HAVE A HOLE IN MY

HEAD! " Yes, a real hole, although it isn't a physical hole, duh!

My brain would fall out, I really truly have a hole in the fontanel.

 

 

 

While doing the breathing I started at the root and worked my way

upward. I had a phenomenal experience I have not had before. With each

chakra as I breathed in, I could feel and see the color of that chakra

extending out of the back of me, when I would breathe out I could see

and feel the color of that chakra extend out the front of me. This

allowed me to feel the connection that I have with the universe,

everything as one. It was amazing.

 

 

 

When I was performing the breathing in my heart chakra, not only did I

see a beautiful green but also I had glimpses of what appeared to be a

small brilliant diamond hovering just above my heart. With each breathe

in it would almost sink into my heart, but on my breaths out it would be

just above my heart. After finishing my 5th chakra I was prompted to

breathe into my 6th and 7th chakra, although apprehensive about doing so

because of causing headaches and I already had one, I followed my

intuitions and preceded to perform the breathing. I had a wonderful

pulsing sensation in my 6th chakra and I also saw the color extending in

and out just as the rest, it felt as if I had a lump or something

protruding out of my head. With my 7th chakra I unexpectedly felt my

fontanel open up wider. Suddenly my body filled with light and a cone of

light extended out of my fontanel. It was a pure golden white light. I

didn't feel in physical form, I felt like I was a liquid form, I

guess, I can't really explain how it made me feel.

 

 

 

When I did the chakra breathing later, my body was still filled with the

beautiful, beautiful golden white light and when I breathed in each

chakra, it intensified the colors allowing me to see them in a much

better perspective. Oh yeah, and by the way my headache that I had since

Friday went away after completing the first session of chakra breathing.

Anyway, the opening seems to correspond with the invisible cylindrical

opening that extends from my root chakra up through my fontanel, but now

the fontanel opening is much larger and not the cylindrical shape.

Anyway, this is my day thus far. I am excited. Another day! Yippee.

This part sounds to me like you were having an OBE while meditating.

Or at least you were conscious in the hynogogic state and

expereiencing what I call flickers. When I have these it seems as if

my astral body is still in my physical body and it is only a part of

my consciousness that is out there being an observer of what I'm

seeing or experiencing. Sometimes I am involved in the secene like

where you felt you were on the cart being pulled fast by the horses.

 

Were you conscious of being in your physical body when this took

place or no?
