Guest guest
Praying as in devotional surrender can activate Kundalini. Practice the safeties especially the locks or positions of fingers, eyes and tongue. Stay well hydrated. If your kidneys feel as if they are swelling or enlarging eat some watermelon. Let the waves of love wash over you. Let joy be expressed. Do not resist at all. Most important do not feel as if anything is wrong because you haven't felt it before. The body is made to have Kundalini running through it. Like the Holy Ghost or Holy Spirit the body is meant to have this as it is a grace of God that has provided it. Some physical, emotional, mental and ego driven systems can be amplified and effected at the same time. Just stick to the safeties and these places will smooth and balance after a time. You may have visions. Waking visions. Don't let that make you feel you are unstable; it is a fact of the Kundalini. As far as your religion. This can also be understood as activation and or an infusion of the Holy Spirit. Holy Ghost, Holy Spirit, Holy Fire are speaking of Kundalini imho. Read Philip St. Romain's " Christianity and Kundalini " and a view point, based on experience, can be understood. (Google it) So can many of the common early attributes of the Kundalini activation experience be considered. - blessings and " no worries! Guest guest
Thanks Chrism, I will definitely read the book you mention. Your points are well received and are comforting, all of you guys, your words are REALLY helping me and I cannot thank you enough. I'm sorry if I'm a little slow with this, It is all so overwhelming at this point. I TOTALLY did not expect to be here, I just recently started getting over the shock of OBE. I have so many questions, and poor Claudia, I've been emailing her privately, I'm sure to overwhelming proportions, but she continues to give solid advice which calms me. Bless you Claudia! I hope to ween myself and to have the confidence to ask the group these questions. Thank you, Bill --- chrism <> wrote: > Praying as in devotional surrender can activate Kundalini. Guest guest
Hi Bill! This is a lot to digest. Ask Claudia, her and I were initially partners fear of the K, lol. We were like frightened rabbits and looking for a way out. I wasn't even sure exactly what I was afraid of. Read the info, give it time to sink in, follow the safeties. You will be just fine. Here is what I will say about asking questions. The question that you have the courage to ask might help out another new person that hasn't asked. When we post information it is available for everyone to benefit from. Guest guest
Bill, you know I'm always here for you. But don't overlook the incredible resource you have in the wonderful people in this group. It helps to ask the group because you get so much more than just one person's point of view and experience. And we've all been where you are!! Scared and confused and not sure where to turn. You are just where you need to be! RELAX, begin to practice the Safeties, talk to God, and listen to your inner guidance. oh...and remember to BREATHE, lol!!!!!!!!!!! Love, Claudia Bill <astronutski wrote: Thanks Chrism, I will definitely read the book you mention.
