Visions while awake and OBE

A few weeks ago I re-started reading the Ask Your Guides book and I was reading

the part

on preparing to meet my spirit guide. It was past midnight. I heard this

flapping noise in

my bedroom and when I looked up in front near my aunt's table lamp, there was

this

silvery translucent material floating in the air. I looked at it for awhile to

figure out what it

was - it looked like plastic but then it could be a plasma type material. It was

glowing

bright - just like the other waking visions I've had. It was there for a good 10

minutes,

then it disappeared. I have no idea what it was. A week later, I saw a book

about faeries

and the type of orbs/faeries/forest spirits and I saw one that looked similar to

my waking

vision.

Then, two days ago, I had an OBE and had a waking vision in the astral plane. I

saw these

geometric shapes - it looked like a 3D rectangle/pyramid/box/square floating in

the air in

front of me. It was also translucent and silvery. It was moving in a very slow

motion

counter-clockwise and then clockwise. It spinned in a way that it sometimes

looked like it

was a pyramid and there was light/crystal inside of it. Then I saw some tiny

bubbles that

turned into light orbs. It was floating everywhere in my bedroom and also in my

dad's

bedroom. I drew the image in illustrator and uploaded in my waking vision

folder.

Any thoughts?

Hello! My name is Laura, and though I have not as of yet introduced

myself, I have had some major phenomina occur in my life. I have

seen with my own eyes, as well as my third. I am

clairaudient/clairvoyant/telepath/empath, though I have not always

been aware of these things. My story is long, and best for another

time, however, your post stirred for me vivid memories of those I

have seen from the other side. When we start looking for what has

always been right in front of us, they are helpful in making

themselves known (visions, dreamwork and the like) You've opened the

door for communication. They are making themselves available for

your spiritual growth and education.

I have found it helpful to take with a grain of salt the

intrepretations of others, and yet have found at times their

thoughts useful in releasing certain fear based notions. Orbs,

aliens, angels, fairies, Buddhas from other dementions ect. have

become a common occurance in my daily life. I have seen many life

types, including a person who was geometrical in figure. In fact I

had known when I saw him, but didnt give it much thought until

someone in a group session saw him (as a guide of hers who she no

longer saw) with me.

You can open the lines of telepathy, simply by gently clearing your

mind, ask a question easy one is " What is your name? " and you will

get the answer. Time as in any friendship will build an

understanding of their role in your life. Remote viewing this plane

and other planes are enjoyable to me.

During my awakening, I saw many lights floating around my room.

Sometimes even now, I can and will see figures passing by, some stop

and chat, sometimes with me, sometimes with others around me. Some

are filled with brilliant sparkling lights, taking form right in

front of my eyes, others with practice (from both sides I might add)

take more solid forms for mere moments. Each a wonderous awe

provoking emotion, and a blessing to our lives.

Hi Laura,

First of all, welcome to the group. Second, thank you for your

thoughts. I have been trying to meet my guide(s) since last year.

They have been trying to grab my attention. After that waking vision,

I had a dream the next night of a woman - very pretty - she was

eating sweets and her name is Mercelle. Could she be my guide?

I also had a dream a few days later of the full moon - it was a giant

full moon and saw the globe/world with a satellite and a man trapped

in a igloo like room. I was seeing world events in the moon.

Then next day, I was cleaning up my bedroom. I was actually looking

for an astrology book and came across this book called Opening to

Channel: How To Connect with Your Guide. So I read it. I haven't read

it in a long time. The stuff I read and my dream made sense. They

were connected in many ways. I followed some meditation exercises to

open the door in meeting my guide. My next step is finding a friend

to help me verbally communicate with my guide - in the instruction,

the friend records our communication in a tape recorder and to make

sure that I speak/communicate with my guide verbally. The friend will

ask questions and I guess my guide will speak through me.

We'll see how that goes. I look forward to it.

Anne,

Hello again, and thank you. That is very interesting. I think we have many

guides, although I often hear one specific male and one specific female, but

their are many, and often I recognize their voices. Have your guides spoken

through you? I havent met anyone else that has that unique gift. Mine have been

speaking through me for about 5 years now. I doubt most can understand, and

mostly have given up on expressing my wishes to learn (often speaking in

tongues) what is being said. I had a friend who helped me translate, and just

recently another friend who is spanish helped translate some. The languages

have been several.

One speaks through me, while I may or may not ask questions in my mind. It is

intresting to listen to a tape from several years ago, we have discussed many

things, and sung beautiful songs in other languages. It was important to them I

remain aware always (ie. no trance chanelling)

I have come to the understanding that everyone has a story, and my guides are

with me to help me through difficult times, guide me through choices, and lead

me to spiritual understanding of schools thoughts I may have never known about

execpt through their presence, and the presence of so many others.

I inadvertanly caused a kundalini awakening, which was sharp and painful. It

has taken years to heal and adjust to my new life, which without spirit I would

not have made the progress I have. I would not have lived through the events

that caused it. But it has been spirit that lead me where to find the answers,

or at least to the subjects that I would be afforded the chance to research, and

know we are not alone in life.

It is nice to meet you all, and I am currently reading the files.
