Hi Bill

 

Being a simple person, I really only want essence.

 

My departure point intention, for whatever I say think

or do is ALWAYS LOVE, it was not necessarily before,

EGO?. By that I mean in thought, word and deed.

 

This has meant either the truth where appropriate or

remaining silent, or perhaps saying what I want to say

in a more neutral way depending on the person.

 

This simple change has chnged me in stages of shifts,

felt in me, and experentially, enabling my being more

giving whaich somehow continues to be of benefit to

me. Perhaps as simple as what you give out you get in

return.

 

Initially the changes seemed small but they seem to

slowly get bigger and bigger, resulting in persons

around my actually changing their behaviour and

attitudes of their own volition, being more in harmony

with life.

 

It seems there is almost an invisible guidance through

intuition which when I follow is the right thing to

do, recognising this intuition is tricky sometimes for

me.
