Hi Laura J,

I guess its all about finding what works best for each one of us. Its

fun hearing how others are doing the different parts of the Safeties.

When I first started (over a year ago, yet it seems like a couple of

months!) it was a bit overwhelming. I remember I could only do the

Tibetans 2 or 3 times...and the spinning...omg...nausea after two

turns! But now all is flowing and no longer a struggle. It does

happen. Its just giving yourself time to adjust and grow in the

Safeties, no perfection to attain! And, oh, doesn't it feel good when

you advance and can spin five times, then 10...and when you get to 21

its like reaching the summit of a mountain and the joy is like the sun

breaking through the clouds! Its all so much fun! So no stress, just

enjoy watching as your bodies are conditioned for this beautiful Gift

of Kundalini.

Hugs and love, dhyana
