surrender helping my pains...

i have been reciting my surrender mantra whenever i have some down time

even when i wake at night it pops into my head - i have had

hip/leg/foot pain from the long trip and my heal feels as if it has

separated from something - the pain keeps me awake at night - last

night i woke to pain and began my mantra i felt a flush in my whole

middle area of my body - i knew it was k and low and behold the pain

stopped -very grateful was i -

 

the pain comes and goes but now i know i have some help waiting for me -

just gotta keep up that mantra and try to feel it more deeply - i know

many of you have experienced this but to one who has not it is a

wonderful feeling - and validates all i read here - i can listen and

appreciate what everyone is going thru yet until it happens to me i

wonder -
