yesterdays nap

Upon waking from a nap yesterday afternoon, with my eyes still closed I

saw colors swirling very fast like a tornado in my eyes. This continued

for a minute or so and then I had a feeling of energy coming up out of

my forehead(a very weird sensation), next came visions but they came so

fast I couldn't make them out. Then all of a sudden everything went

dark and I had a rush of energy from the top of my head all the way

down to my feet. I was disappointed that it had stopped but amazed and

thankful for what had just happened. I think I was distracted by the

feeling of the energy coming from my forehead, which may have been what

caused the sensation to stop so suddenly.

 

For those who have opened their third eye chakra, did you have a

similar experience? Do you get the sensation in your forehead whenever

it is open and if so, do you get used to the sensation? I'm wondering

if I opened mine or if I stopped it before it was opened. This is the

second time I've had an experience with my third eye. Once you open

your third eye, what can one expect to happen next? Thanks to all in

advance.
