Hi chrism

 

Apologies! On going through the numerous emails from the site I see I

missed a query from you last month asking how I was doing!

 

Yes I am preparing but I find that there are days when ordinary life

gets in the way (I run a conglomerate in a rapidly collapsing African

state – Zimbabwe - and the daily challenges come thick and fast).

Please keep me included in the Shaktipat scatterfield for the vernal

equinox this month!

 

I have been keeping a low profile watching others develop and feeling

continuously awed and humbled by what I see here amongst the rest of

the group. I am changing but not in the very pronounced manner and

with the rapidity that the rest seem to be. I have found a very

definitive sense of direction, a deep inner peace, and a sense of

coming to terms with who I really am. Being impatient, I also find

myself getting frustrated at the apparent comparatively slow rate of

progress. I am learning at an exponential rate – reading things that

I intrinsically knew but I still yearn for `just knowing' rather than

through `rediscovering' and seeking reinforcement through reading! I

know that in addition to the practice and the safeties meditation is

the immediate key - having said that, by the end of the day I have

found that meditating is the quickest sure-fire way to put myself to

sleep which is certainly not the object of the exercise! I'll get

there yet!

 

Thanks for your help, counsel, care and interest – it is much

appreciated as is the ongoing input from the group re their experiences.

Yes the Kundalini is quite interested in you Jonrow. It isnt that

common these days that I am compelled to name a person the way I did

with you so I do take notice when this occurs. There are other

consciousness very interested in your development so please know

that you are being observed and help is coming to you. Open to this

as best you can.

 

Be advised that some certain adjustments in your environment will

need to be made and some slow going may take place until this

occurs. It is known how your situation is.

 

Please do your Tibetans twice a day. Once at night and once in the

morning. Please do a meditation for at least twenty minutes in

duration directly AFTER the Tibetans are complete. Do chakra

breathing lying on your back in bed and make sure you are doing

the " locks " as you do this breathing. Once or as you are compelled

to do so during the week or nightly.

 

Please send me your address off list that I may send you some Shakti

water for you to replicate. Apply this on your sixth.
