I suggest that you do not mix systems. If another attracts you then go

foreward with that. If you wish to have and to hold the Kundalini as

fast as possible without regard to a conditioning practice then the

safeties are not for you.

 

I ask people to go slow and to prepare. I ask that people not be

attached to physical symptoms as much as they can be unattached and

still pursue the Kundalini - a balancing of intention. I ask for

diligence and patience and a living of the safeties in your real life

at all times. This prepares you for a Kundalini event and will often

bring one just by these practices - blessings Laurajoyce - chrism

The Safeties are working in my life. I am taking your advise, it was
