Guest guest
Hello and All, I finally managed to do the 5 Tibetans and do the spin 21 times. The only thing was, at the end of it, my heart was palpitating. Should I cut down on the spins? What do you think? CV
Guest guest
No not the spins specifically perhaps you can cut down on the repetitions until you are more acclimated to the entire sequence. Try fifteen of everything then build up from there. - blessings CV - chrism
Guest guest
I have a question for y'all regarding the Tibetans. #1, I hate #1, lol. But let's say I do 5 x 3 spins, does this first set set the limits to how many of the remaining sets I am to do? IOW, I do 5 of the spins first before spraying the walls as I spin. Can I do 6 or 8 or 12 of the remaining exercises, ones that are " easier " ? Or do I stick with 5 because that's where I stopped the first exercise? Thanks, Bill --- chrism <> wrote: > No not the spins specifically perhaps you can cut down on the > repetitions until you are more acclimated to the entire sequence. Guest guest
Have you tried using your thumb as a guide when spinning? It is a common technique used by dancers (and birthing mothers) to have a focal point. Even if it is a picture (or spot) on the wall..
