Guest guest Posted February 5, 2008 Report Share Posted February 5, 2008 I talked to my sister Stephanie today and she said that she had gone to the doctors for a routine check-up. They did a EKG discovering the possibilities of a heart attack. She said they started asking questions about whether or not she has had chest pains recently, but at the moment she didn't. Then she remembered back in October going to the hospital with severe chest pains and not being able to breath attributing it to the steroids she was taking for the poison oak she had a reaction too. At that time they didn't check to see what her heart was doing, they just took her off the steroids and put her on other meds and then sent her home. When she told the doctor about that experience he insisted that she have a stress test done. She is going to have a stress test done hopefully soon. I will let you know what they find out. The doctor feels it is extremely necessary for her to have this test done. Anyway, when we find out more I will let you know. Please continue to pray for her! this is an eye-opener for her and the rest of us in the family. God has his way of letting us know when we need to do work on ourselves and our routines of the day.
