I am unsure if this is K related, but the sudden onset makes me think

it might be. Last night I was feeling fine and fell asleep in the

recliner for about half hour. When I woke up and lifted my head I

experienced severe vertigo worse than anything I have ever had. Even

after I stopped moving and kept my eyes closed, I continued to feel

like I was moving. I came very close to throwing up. My husband did

what we call his " tingle " (which is a healing energy he has had since

the age of 3) and that helped reduce it enough that I was ok as long as

I didn't move. Today I have had mild dizzy spells, but not severe like

last night. My hubby went and got me some Bonine (motion sickness

pills) that I can take if it gets bad again.

Does this sound like it would be K related or should I head to the

doctor?

I had something like that years ago and it was a virus, as a

neighbour also had it, and I had been in her house the day before.

It could be a virus, Sarita.

Yes, I had Labrynthitis once before. The doc gave me Meclizine for

it, which is the active ingredient in the Bonine I had my husband

purchase. This was far worse than when I had that virus, believe it

or not, but not as long lasting. Thanks for the suggestion CV!
