Guest guest
Your episode (which I hope will pass, Sarita!) reminded me of something I experienced recently. I woke up one morning recently feeling like I had just done the first Tibetan. You know how---after you spin---your eyes are still moving left-to-right over and over again, like you are still spinning? Well that's what my eyes were doing when I opened them from sleep. Now I can't imagine what would have caused that, unless of course I had 'sleepwalked' and done the first Tibetan, then gotten back in bed and awakened. Do you know what might have caused this, Chrism? Throughout the day today I have had mild dizzy spells, but nothing that severe. I stayed home from work because I didn't feel steady enough to drive. I will wait and see what happens as you suggest. Guest guest
I have woke up to this before too Claudia. What I figured it was, was that I had woke up from an unconcious OBE and was disorinated from it. Like you feel sometimes when you don't get connected back quite right. Just my thoughts. I get the dizzy feeling when I am coming close to having one as well. Looking back those years when I was having the dizzy passsing out kind of spells, I've been thinking maybe I was coming close to having an OBE while totally in a waking state. But back then I could get very spacey and tranced out and not know what took place for the last hour or so. Hehe!
