Guest guest
My thoughts exactly Claudia. The thought of being out there in the astral in a zoombie state really irks me. LOL! Going by one William Bulhman's books though it happens. When you are dreaming and not conscious of it that is where you are, in the astral like a zoombie. Hehe! Kind the same as being in the physical not aware of the moment. That's why it is so important to try to stay in the " now " as much as possible. The more you practice being in the now in physical, the more it will happen for you while your physical body sleeps. That's what I have read anyways.
