Guest guest
Hello Dan, The choices you make in how your time is allotted will determine the strength of your commitment to a practice. Family, work, friends, and life are organized by you. What you will accept or not accept as an infraction upon your time is up to you. So perhaps a reorganizing of your time is a first step towards an allotment of your day or night that can bring you into harmony with a spiritual/physical practice. Picking it up and putting it down only serves to give you the frustration of always going back to square one. That is what happens pre-Kundalini when the practice is stopped and started. This is why I suggest a " daily " practice of the safeties. And not just some of them as some are doing here but all of them if the person is pre-Kundalini. Can't light a match by constantly putting it down mid strike. And soon the tip wears away..... So I suggest you first find the time. Or perhaps you need to " Make the time " let it be known this is time for Dan and Dan alone. And then be consistent and diligent in your follow through. Do the practice daily. Do it as much as you can outside of the time you set aside as well. Make it a priority in your life and you will see and feel and know results. It is in your hands and your heart and your commitment. Your choice Dan. - , " Dan " <mysticaldan wrote: > > Hi all, > I am just so confused.
