Guest guest Posted February 9, 2008 Report Share Posted February 9, 2008 Hi I use this method now 3 hours a day and read 1 hour a day K material - this is my resolution to activate ASAP 1- i use a flashing LED (dark room) with frequency of 5 hertz - open eyes watching the blinking - blinking and the beep beep are synchronized together 2- at the same time listen to beep beep with the same 5 hertz frequency (-not binaural beats- simple 5 hertz beep beep) 3- i inhale and keep the breath as long as possible (about one minutes or so) then exhale, then repeat -------------- feedback from K active people please may the force be with you thanks Shahin -------------- Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It means that you have found or created your special way already. Check it within yourself. Otherwise, there are some base recommendations you may consider. One of that is meditation shall be spontaneously, spontaneous flow from within, not artificial. Using any aid is some sort of limitation because there is a consideration expected. The flow must be naturally, means that depends on and derives from your own inner world, not external point. If something comes from your inner self, you can easily surrender to it, because you will comprehend that it is you. You may refer to Krishnamurti's teachings. I used to use this kind of material such as led or frequency. They created only hypnotic trance state which bounds and conditions the mind. If I was you I would go over to our website and read the safeties. http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com/the-safeties.html If you begin the practice we offer here you will safely activate your kundalini, combined with Shaktipat which is offered here by Chrism. I wouldn't be in a hurry to activate, I noticed you wrote A.S.A.P in your last mail, I would take it S.L.O.W.L.Y if I was you. Hope this helps you some.
