Hi Shahin

 

Have you read Gopi Krishna's book on his story,

forcing K can be dangerous, unless you are aligned and

your body prepared. Whilst I cannot comment on the

meditation techniques, however holding one's breath is

getting into the more serious arena.

 

Please do follow the safeties and 5 Tibetans on this

site and be particularly aware of subtle changes

indicative of Shakti moving in your body.

 

Given you have the time it seems, becoming involved in

a healing modality promotes raising K, this is part of

the giving.
