Guest guest
Dear Sarita, Yes, darling I do, or shall I say I did up until just recent. My mom passed away almost 18 years ago and for the last 17 years around Thanksgiving I would start going through periods of extreme irritation up until the date of her death, April 11. When my dad died it added to it because he died around Thanksgiving as well. Last January 2007 through about March I guess I went through an extreme depression where I didn't really want to do anything. I had to make myself go through the routines as if nothing was wrong. Then one day I called on God and asked him to help me, I really begged Him to help. He did and this past November was the first time in 18 years that I haven't gone through the replay of emotional trauma, depression, irritation, etc. He has helped me hold myself together through the presence of K and my desire to put it behind and push toward the future. The thing is I had to want to get over it, it wasn't going to happen by itself and I hadn't realized that for 18 years until God helped me see it. So yes, I know exactly what you mean! I will put you in my prayers and ask God to help you finalize it on the day of your anniversary so that you don't have to suffer it over and over and over again. Is that okay? I love you girl! Good luck! I have been easily angered and feeling depressed for no apparent reason and then my hubby just reminded me that this Wed is the 2 year anniversary of my accident. It suddenly clicked that is the cause of the black cloud that has been hanging over me. Does the body remember? Is it subconscious? Both? Any theories? Guest guest
Prayers are always welcome, thank you Kat! I'm sorry you went through that for so many years, but I am glad that you have been healed from it.
