Guest guest
Yes Travis I suffered. Much of it was very severe as in having body parts burned yet were located " Out of Body " and was focused on the torture of the self and its attachments, which is why it is good to have few attachments! - lol. My physical body also had difficulties that closely correspond to some of the symptoms of Kundalini Syndrome. The death of my self and body was contemplated and attempted more than I care to remember. This is why this group is here. This went on for over eight years. Yet the experience became more and more balanced over time. Please remember that I didn't know what a mudra was. There was almost no internet and very few published books on the subject. There were no safeties. Like Gopi Krishna I experienced a lack of a desire for food and the weakness that can come from that and I had this to a lesser degree. I had tremendous fear challenges. Entity attacks and in your face spiritual and moral dilemmas. It was difficult to know what to do. And in some cases the best approach was to do nothing! So I allowed it and began to surrender and accept the flow but without abandoning my moral compass which was under constant attack. As I began to give service to others doorways began to open and blockages began to dissolve. I would not suggest a " more energy is better " approach for you Travis. Your body is still suffering from an over blown energetic response by the Ayahuasca. This still needs to be processed physically and mentally and emotionally. Let your body(s) have more time. Do some aggressive exercise for your energy levels and do it consistently. Bring a Hatha Yoga format into your practice. Have a look at Ashtanga. Look at your diet and see/feel where the imbalances are - you will know this intuitively and act on those intuitions. Have a look at your caffeine and sugar intakes and moderate them or excise them from your diet for at least nine days. See how you feel. And Yes LET THE LOVE FLOW! And do the Tibetans but only once and in the mornings for you Travis. Bring the Kubera mudra into a daily expression for yourself. Keep your tongue up, stay hydrated, and get a massage with olive oil preferably from a friend. Eat some more bananas. If you are smoking anything try to bring that to a minimum or stop if it isn't a big deal. Keep us apprised of how you are able to manifest these changes Travis. - , travis murphy <travisnelsonmurphy wrote: > > Chrism, > After going through your hell portion of the kundalini > experience was your body ravaged. Guest guest
Reading this reminded me of the heat and pain I went through when I first contacted and this group only a few months ago. I am sure the pain was also related to the pain of my life that I had to deal with, and this pain was now in my physical body ready to be removed once and for all. I find that all the time now I am monitoring my lower/higher self responses to life. I would be interested to know why people take Ayahuasca? What is it exactly and what does it do? Going with the flow was the thing I needed to hear, and letting go of the fear of the pain I experienced in my body when my back was bad. CV , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Yes Travis I suffered. Guest guest
Thank you for all of this advice. I appreciate your selfless dedication to helping everyone here so much. You are truly an angel. I have completely eliminated caffeine and processed sugar from my diet for at least the past 9 months and don't plan on reinstating them any time soon. I'm also not smoking anything or drinking at all or taking any other recreational substances and don't plan on reinstating them probably ever. I too have gone through not wanting to eat anything and literally not having any appetite whatsoever but have forced my self to prepare healthy meals and eat them just because I know that my body naturally needs food. That's what I mean by having to think everything I do. I have been doing the Tibetans later in the evening but have intuitively sensed recently that I should do them in the morning instead so I will start that. Also, about kundalini syndrome, I've thought from some of my research that this seems like something I have and have had since even before my Ayahuasca experience, years before. I wonder if you could tell me more about that. Since you're suggesting that I should not bring too much energy into my system, is meditation okay for me. recently I've stopped doing so much accupuncture and prayer and meditation and visualization and I feel a lot less insane but am noticing how painful it is in my body. It's as if I'm coming more into balance mentally and my mind is more clear but I still wake up in the morning feeling depersonalized and in a lot of pain. Also, last night as I slept I continually experienced what I can only describe as what felt like my cells thinking, as if they were trying to establish new patterns of being and higher potentialities. I have so much I want to ask you about, but for now I will take this information and implement it in my daily practice and set my intention for love and healing. Thank you Thank you Thank you, Love, Travis --- chrism <> wrote: > Yes Travis I suffered.
