Dont forget your breathing excercises. Or compressing them with the prayers as in the compression prayer. As far as the forgiveness goes keep it going! It is perfectly ok to experience anger that is not a bad thing but do not hold it for very long. Let it go and have no grudge towards the other person or yourself for being angry. Then bring your expression back into the joy of your daily life and the beauty and love that is all around you and truly is the thread and fabric of your life. Please do the Shakti prayer or replace it with the modified Lords Prayer or do both. I enjoy and am grateful for your presence and your honesty and your apporaches Rod.
