Hello,

Over the years I have had many discussions (in many different situations)

about appropriate music for Kundalini Development. Most people obviously

try to describe the music that they feel has helped them, hoping that it

will help others. This is a laudable approach but may not be the best for

everyone.

My personal experience is that the " right Kundalini music " depends on at

least the following factors: primarily what you enjoy, your

culture/background, the time of day, your location, your current

psycho-somatic state, etc. There is no definitive or deterministic answer

that is universally suitable. Flexibility is the key. For example, over

the past few years, I have often listened to a particular track, liked it,

and then listened to it several times in the same day because it clearly

enhanced my Kundalini Shakti activity. However, the next day it had no

meaning and did nothing for Kundalini.

Certain Mantras are very powerful for enhancing and developing Kundalini

Shakti. The foremost is Gayatri Mantra. For Mantra Yoga, my preference is

to use (or listen to) the human voice only, without any musical instruments.

As a result of the right music and mantras, I often feel an exploding

bursting forth of thrilling expansive energy. Plus many other classical

Kundalini Kriyas activities.

Bhavin.
