Tough times...joy through the grief

As you all know, my dad is dying. It probably won't be but a week or so before

he makes the transition.

 

I have a very strong belief in God and I know without a doubt that my dad's

spirit, like all spirits, will leave his body and go Home when the body can no

longer sustain life...his spirit will always be 'alive' and will be around those

of us left behind as well as being able eventually to reincarnate and come back

to earth in another body.

 

However, at this time, it is hard not to focus on the anguish of watching his

body die and watching my mother and siblings grieve as we anticipate his loss.

I cry a lot these days...and nights. Last night, I prayed for Dad and my

family, then I began to cry with sadness...my body shook with sobs. Then I

began to think of how happy and free my dad will be when he goes Home...and I

also thought about Kundalini and my awakening and I began to feel so joyful

about what the future holds as my dad's spirit goes Home and as I continue to

awaken. I felt so much joy...and then I was suffused with love for every human

being....and I began to cry with joy and love. My body shook with sobs again.

 

Thank you all for your love and support, and for your prayers for my family

and for my dad's peaceful transition.

Dear Claudia,

 

You have the best outlook. Yes, when it is time, your dad's spirit will be

free beyond what we know 'free' to be. He will be more alive than ever. When my

mum transitioned, what helped me was realizing that she had achieved what she

came here to achieve. When I realized that, I could celebrate the life she

lived, imagine the joy she must be feeling and even be happy for her. I am

thankful that the K is active in you and you can ride the joyful waves through

this time. I pray that you and your family receive all that you need at this
