Guest guest
I have been receiving e-mails that cast some hard aspersions my way and I wish to make them public to you. I am told that other news groups have some problems with this one and that I use tricky words to sway or in some way influence beginners and others who come seeking assistance. These are termed " psychological/verbal techniques " and are supposedly employed by me to...I guess...form an agenda towards collecting followers. " Complaints have been expressed on other newsgroups about this one " is another interesting observation, though I am not aware of these I am sure it does occur. I have not stated it this way before so let me be clear. I have no agenda with any of you other than assisting in the understanding of the Kundalini process that is waiting to be awakened or is already awakened within you. I offer my assistance based upon my experiences. I am not a perfect teacher. This stems from not being a perfect student. When the Kundalini came to me I did everything wrong. I made every mistake in the book so to say and I did some of them repeatedly. As far as my writings they all come from me and the Kundalini within and outside of me. One complaint was of my collecting of others writings and this is done so that you can gain the perspective of other people going through the process in their own way. They are given their due as the unique writings of those authors. When the subject is of such universal use though as in the " micro and macro cosmic orbits " no such designation occurs as the source is far into the distant past timeline. I put on seminars from time to time. I do not sell anything other than my information as one does in a book. I give most of my information away free of charge but some enjoy a personal and in person experience and I am happy to provide it. I have lost money on every single one I have given! lol. I do not feel like it is a lucrative living. This next one will be the first in quite some time. I am accused of not practicing what I preach here in the group and therefore in life. My life changed radically with the Kundalini and the qualities expressed here do reflect those that I act upon and feel and relate towards others. I can still be angry sometimes. And it is always an option to feel any of the range of emotions that are detrimental to the Kundalini. For example - I spilled a hot beverage in the vehicle I was driving the other day, thankfully missing certain " sensitive areas " lol. but I did say an expletive! So please have very little expectation of a " perfect guru " or a Saint or of an embodiment of an exalted figure as I am clearly not that. I am just me. A fellow traveler, a friend, and a kind stranger you meet on your journey. - blessings all - chrism

Show me ONE author who claims that all his ideas are exclusively his own, and I will show you a liar. I have a similar challenge in my own work, it even extends to the things I post on discussion groups. A lot of the inspiration for my thinking comes from the work I have done with Ross Quinn. I have his permission to freely share what I do, but I feel strongly he should be given credit when I think the story or idea is " his " more than mine. If I don't do that, I feel I'm not honoring him. When I do it, I sometimes worry if people will think I am promoting him too much. Can't win. I try to tread a middle path, and that's all I'd expect you to do. >So please have very little expectation of a " perfect guru " or a >Saint or of an embodiment of an exalted figure as I am clearly not >that. Once you are perfected, you disappear in a puff of blue smoke, you don't need to be here anymore. That is why I don't follow gurus. The point is to think for ourselves. That's what I've liked about what you are doing. I am relieved to learn you don't think you are perfect, it takes some of the pressure off me to be perfect! I don't have to agree with you all the time, I'll take what works and disregard the rest. I recall a book I once read early along my own path, " If you meet the Buddha on the road, kill him " . That title says it all. Where it comes to this kind of critic, I remember that their motivation comes from tribal clique thinking, and consider the source. What they say may be interesting, it's not relevant as far as I am concerned. Illegitimi Non Carborundum, Chrism. Brandi
Guest guest
Chris, there will always be detractors, especially for true leaders such as you. You know that we do not feel pressured by you in any way, only lovingly led and fed. God bless these jealous and fearful detractors, may their hearts be touched one day as ours have been touched by you. Guest guest
Thank you for sharing this, dear Chrism. There will always be those who resent the Light, and attack it. You are in good company. One of my teachers once told me, after I had had a bout of unwarranted criticism, " Don't take it to heart. They'd even criticize Jesus Christ if he was here doing this! Guest guest
No matter how good your intentions are or how specific you are about them, there will always be naysayers. Be they motivated by fear, jealousy, greed or plain old misunderstanding. When I joined this group I admit that I looked for " the catch " . I wondered what profit you would be making from us. I soon saw that this was not a cult, that you were not looking for adulation, money or drones or any such thing. In this world, it is sometimes hard to believe that there are selfless people in it and yet, here on this group are a few hundred such examples. You definately aren't looking to control us! Many a time I have been frustrated by what I felt was a " vague " answer to a question I had. I know that it was only to help me get up on my own feet and figure things out for myself, follow my own inner guidance. I've learned to lean on myself more. Does all this sound like a man who is trying to gain something, control people, sway their opinion? Does speaking from personal experience constitute unduly influencing anyone? Imho, those who are on the attack need our prayers and good wishes. May they find their way without needing to negate someone else to do it. Guest guest
Chrism I would personally like to publicly Thank you for all the help you have been to me since I have joined this group. They say when the student is ready the teacher appears. That is what you are to me a great teacher who selflessly shares your own experience. To me the greatest wisdom comes from the experience strength and hope of another. You have followed your path well and God has blessed you. You have not kept your learning and experience to yourself as others before you. You take your joy in seeing others grow and do your best to make sure they are not hurt. For this I am grateful. As I practice the Safeties you so graciously put in place, my life changes before my eyes. Rejoice in these attempts from people who try to condemn that which they do not understand. Know that you are well on your way or they would not turn their head towards you. Look to Christ and his suffering and the ridicule he faced on a daily bases and then to the why. I know you are not perfect and this is wonderful because I in no way shape or form am perfect and nor do I want to be. Someday's I have a goodtime laughing at myself and crying or learning over my spilt milk. From the student to the teacher, try not to take on others problems that cannot understand the path we chose. They do not see that there is much joy in giving and joy in seeing another's growth. That's the gift the beauty and wonderment they miss. Thank you for choosing to be humble and giving so freely of yourself. Because of this I too will learn to be humble and give freely of myself, therefore so will others. Guest guest
Dear Chrism, I am thankful for all that you do and for the guidance you give. I know, as others in this group do, that you are just like us and not to be exalted. I still can't help but admire the wisdom that you so generously share to help us on our way. If others choose to think and say things that is not complimentary, that's okay. This kind of thing happens all the time. Someone said " You can't please all of the people all of the time " .... or maybe I'm paraphrasing? You know you mean well, we know you mean well... and that's what counts. All of us here have been drawn to you because you are the teacher who can teach us what we seek to learn in the way that we can understand it and apply it to our lives. However, if your ulterior motive is to start a Kundalini rock group I'm there! :-) Blessings. Cathy. Looking for last minute shopping deals? Find them fast with Search. Guest guest
Deare Chrism, I felt from the beginning that you are a friend on the path, and people believe all sorts of things, which really only shows where they are at. You are a good man and I am so glad I have found this friendly and oh so helpful group. Guest guest
i feel very sad that chrism is put in a position where he has to state his motives and in a sense defend his methods. the man lives in a trailer with no running water for god's sake - he has nothing - he asks for nothing - he gives all of himself to others so they can experience Kundalini in a safe manner unlike the hell he went thru. how many of those offering K services live with out water? how many are following directives that can not be ignored - how many have to put off their needs for the sake of helping others? i don' t imagine that there are many like this man - i am here in ca to find a way to support his work so that he does not have to live nearly homeless- i have spent the last three months with the man nearly daily and i may not be the best judge of character however, i have lived a good long time and i know a good honorable man when i meet one- he has shown me unconditional love, he has taken me under his wing - has helped me move- find a place and has only been supportive of my efforts- and he has never once asked anything of me - he never asked me to come out here - yet he has welcomed me - i would do anything for chrism - yet what i wish more than anything for him is for him to have a place where he can live in a more comfortable manner and enjoy some of lifes amenities that we all take for granted- he does not like living this way - yet he has to follow his directives and the work takes too much time to work a regular job - he has been directed not to work outside of the K work - kind of a catch 22 - and i would like him to be able to do the K work without worrying or being concerned about making a living - the work is too important to be disrupted by daily needs so i am here to find a way to offer him a bit more - he does not need alot - he will not ask for anything - yet he gives everything - the seminars, the books, any items we promote all will offer to him an opporunity to live in this western society in a decent manner while working his directive of promoting a safe Kundalini experince. the pressure from others will continue as chrism further expands his teachings/K work - there will be many who criticize, many who try to thwart his efforts, many will see him as a threat to their money making K work - i will be right beside him supporting all that he does and working hard to find ways to get him running water and a decent living space- there is a saying " you can't get a good man down " and chrism - our dear dear chrism is a hell of a good man! chrism's student and friend , " chrism " <> wrote: > > I have been receiving e-mails that cast some hard aspersions my way > and I wish to make them public to you. > > I am told that other news groups have some problems with this one > and that I use tricky words to sway or in some way influence > beginners and others who come seeking assistance. Guest guest
To my dear friend and brother chrism. I will not comment on the aspersions cast nor judgmental perceptions as they do not resonate. I will only say that (i believe) fear is the cloak that narrows ones perspectives and i offer love towards these people attitudes as it is only via a dualistic universe that we may realize truth. With love for all you provide so selflessly and love for those who reach out towards it - irrelevant of whether they do so within a consciously supportive role or not... glen. , " chrism " <> wrote: > > I have been receiving e-mails that cast some hard aspersions my way > and I wish to make them public to you. > > I am told that other news groups have some problems with this one > and that I use tricky words to sway or in some way influence > beginners and others who come seeking assistance. Guest guest
I do not post this for sympathy or to render a judgment. I post it to let you know that I find open disclosure to be useful and honest. Even of the negative varieties. When people know where a person is coming from, even while under criticisms, they can perhaps take some solace that this person is being held to the highest standards when it comes to giving and teaching. Such pressures can serve to keep one inside of ones integrity and helps others to do the same. It is a positive learning that is gifted through these ways. Whether or not the feelings expressed by detractors or supporters are justified isn't really the point. We all have the right to our feelings and impressions and in so exercising that right we continue along a path of continuous discernment of ourselves and the aspects of ourselves brought into the light that shines from the Kundalini. Sometimes this light can highlight issues and attitudes we can bring into balance with the higher and lighter octaves of the divine expression offered by the Kundalini. -

Guest guest
Chrism, Being in the public eye constantly exposes one to all sorts of negative projections: envy, fear, and competitive feelings just to name a few. Uncritical, idolatric worship is the flip side of the coin. People who have unreasonable expectations from their teachers will just as easily swing to resentment and hatred when they feel they have been let down. This is a product of people struggling with their own demons. Just keep doing what you have always done, and be who you have always been. You know you can count on a lot of people who love and respect you here. Guest guest
Yes, Chrism's choice and voice regarding not charging money for Kundalini knowledge and Shaktipat will be a bee in many bonnets! That Light alone will attract attack, and attempts to discredit him. Don't be shocked by it... The knowledge base is being built and all those who are called to it will find it available, without charge. That's what is important. Let the bees buzz! After all has been through, I doubt a few bee stings is going to bother him! And I know how much he likes bees. =] Love, dhyana , " " . wrote: > > the pressure from others will continue as chrism further expands his teachings/K work - there will be many who criticize, many who try to thwart his efforts, many will see him as a threat to their money making K work

Guest guest
Chrism, IMHO, I've noticed that when an individual is not very nice, some will spread gossip about them, and when an individual will try their darnest to be honest or mind their own business, you will always find someone who will say something negative about that individual(the goody two shoes what do they have in their closet, etc).....I think we have all met or know persons who will say something uncalled words or negative comments about someone who is really a good person...I know I have met persons like that and this has happened to me! It just goes to show you cannot please everyone...someone is going to look for the negative in everything because thats who they are...and we need to feel sorry for those ones because they have issues with themselves.....I just send them love and healing light so maybe they can heal themselves to feel positive about themselves someday... I want to publicly say to you how much I appreciate what you are doing for us, helping us grow to enlightment...and forgo your own interests...and from the bottom of my heart I thank you! You are doing all of us who are here on our own accord a great service and in turn we then we can go out into our individual worlds and pass in forward to others who are interested in our path of enlightenment and making that Divine connection... You chrism are very blessed and thank you for letting us be a part of your world...we can only hope to be as enlightened as you have become wiwithout all the unpleasant stuff you had to experience because you dididn't have a chrism to guide you along the way! Love, Light and Blessings to you! I am here to help in anyway I can. Genevieve
Guest guest
It hurts me deeply to hear about chrism's living condition. I sort of suspected they were not the greatest, but didn't realized they were that bad. I will be more deligent at sending chrism a tithe offering, as often as I can. They can try their best to discredit or anger you, but they won't succeed. (Just don't tell them about pouring hot coffee on you, they wouldn't think of that.) love bradly

Guest guest
please know that i did not post my words to gain sympathy for chrism- he needs none - i only wanted to emphasize that there is no personal gain for him - nor has there been - and i agree with you chrism, we learn from all we encounter. i find lessons for me in all that is discussed here - perhaps i read them differently than others but it is a solo individual path so we draw what we need - so thank you for sharing so openly with the group - an open book is easier to read than a closed one and you read like an old well read open book - so when's the movie coming out? , " chrism " <> wrote: > > I do not post this for sympathy or to render a judgment.
