Headache in the center of forehead

I have a massive headache in the center of my forehead. The pain

extends to the base of my neck. If I lock my finger on my left hand

while pressing the center of my forehead with the thumb on my right

hand with eyes and tongue up it quits hurting. However, the spot where

I have to place my thumb seems to be sore. My ears feel slightly

pressured and I can hear popping in my 6th chakra and cracking in my

head at the base of my neck. I feel a warmth radiating from the spot in

my forehead where it is hurting. If any of you have experienced this

please let me know. Blessings!

You are not alone Katherine. Remember that you are not purifying the

body and therefore some of those impurities will be burned and this

burning can cause pain. This is part of the Kundalini function in you.

Keep the tongue up as well. Try your best when this subsides to begin

a process of cleanlyness with what you place inside of your body. Do

your best to avoid the smoking, and any of the dietary adjustments we

have discussed. Keep your hydration strong. -
