Guest guest
Thank you Chrism. As for the smoking, I have cut back tremendously and had not had one in several days until today. Days like today set me back, but hope to decrease these setbacks completely. I have increased the amount of water intake and don't drink as much coffee as I used to, but this isn't by choice, I just don't want it like I used to. I haven't really had an appetite lately and therefore haven't been eating much, but when I do it is mostly veggies. I LOVE my veggies! I know that I am not in this alone. I do keep my tongue up almost all the time now, it has become a habit. When I can home today I was really stressed and so I took and rest and meditated for about 2 hours which is when the headache started. Anyway, thanks for your ever loving support and guidance. Blessings to you Chrism. Love, Katherine <> Saturday, February 16, 2008 12:17:44 AM Re: Headache in the center of forehead You are not alone Katherine. Remember that you are not purifying the body and therefore some of those impurities will be burned and this burning can cause pain. This is part of the Kundalini function in you. Keep the tongue up as well. Try your best when this subsides to begin a process of cleanlyness with what you place inside of your body. Do your best to avoid the smoking, and any of the dietary adjustments we have discussed. Keep your hydration strong. - Kundalini-Awakening -Systems- 1 , " Katherine " <katsam19@.. .> wrote: > > I have a massive headache in the center of my forehead. ______________________________\ ____ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile.
