Quitting story today, so weird.

Hi family,

 

Yesterday I did my yoga and I prayed to God, sincerly

I asked that all help should be given to me (and Kat)

from The Angels , God, Guides, Ancestors etc etc.

Help to rid me of the core atom of addiction (thats

what I asked) The very first cell or atom that fell in

to addiction in my life stream, I wanted rid of it.

 

Then I went to sleep.

 

This morning I woke up to a sick feeling in my

stomache, I woke up and held my tummy moaning. Then I

was sick. As I was sick I felt a strange pain right

where my solar plexus would be, as if something was

being removed.

 

Maybe I'm totally imagining it or something just went

on with my tummy. :-))

I've been sick and shivery all day for no apparent

reason.

 

The power of Prayer! Be careful what you wish for hey!
