Guest guest
From my understanding and the way I see it, it wasn't that he was against religions, but was against those who where using religion for their own personal gain. Hehe! Even back then, there were certian religious leaders fleecing the sheep, living high on the hog while their followers were just barely getting by. They were in their action of washing the outside of the cup, but leaving the inside as filty rags. Misleading the people on the true purpose of the religion. Thus was the reason for Jesus's outburst of angry, turning the money tables over and causing a big rugus. JMHO There were many using the laws of God for their own personal gain and there are many reliegious leaders today who do the same thing which make religions look like a bad thing and of course, it is when it is use in that way.
