Guest guest
Hi Brandi, You've made a very good point and one that is overlooked quite often. Jesus was a Jew. But at that time being a Jew was more than following a religion. It was being the people of God, though the leaders made it much more complicated than was necessary. Jesus stood against the complications and hypocrisy, and did everything he could to remove the layers that separated people from knowing God. The God that was the focus of the Jewish people is the One who revealed Himself through Moses, the Prophets, and then more so, through Jesus himself. It was the heart of Jesus to bring the people back to the knowledge and experience of this God. And it is this God that the Bible points to opens one up to. Its true, all roads do not lead to an experience of this One who first revealed Himself to the Jews. And all are not called to follow this God. It is just a path that some are called to follow. It doesn't negate others' experiences of God. Its just a different door, a different road. All the " religions " that grew up around Jesus just add more layers to cover the Truth. God is Love. Whether one comes to know this through the Kundalini or through God's revelation of Himself in their spirit, its where we want to be. May this Love permeate our beings and all we do in this world. imho Love, dhyana -- In , Brandi Jasmine <jazztalk wrote: > > At 05:21 AM 2/17/2008, you wrote: > >I have read some of the Bible, and the Koran, and like both up to > >a point. Not that it is particularly relevant to Kundalini but ... where do we get the idea that Jesus was anything other than a practicing Jew the entirety of his life? That was still a " religion " last time I looked at it. Did he ever make a statement renouncing his Jewish faith? Or did I miss something the last time I read through the Gospels? (Granted, it's been a while <g>). > > Brandi > > >
Guest guest
a more lighter outlook, in response to religions. Religions is really an insignificant issue as long as we follow Love. Understanding religion can put us in greater Unity with all people, all religions, all beings, and all students on this list. What is religious and what is spiritual are too different things. That which is spiritual is inspired by Love. Religions were formed to control people on the highest level because otherwise people cannot be controlled when they have a spiritual conviction to be a certain way. They will defy all authority. Some of us that has been involved with a religion, say most or our lives, can bear witness to our conviction to it. We will find that certain wisdoms are never taught. Christ Spirit is the Greatest Love There Is and it is Unconditional, being for: all beings, all places, all dimensions, all Universes, All times, all ways, All there is. UNITY. So we take a lighter look a religion and we see so many, and all their differences, and all their divisions, and separateness from others. Criticizing others and or their religions is not Loving energies. Unloving energies separate us from our Unity, our family of Love(souls). The spirit of separation that creates division is the Anti-christ crucifying the Unity of Christ Love . If anyone knows a religion that teaches these things please let me know. We would probably all be better off if we all took our egos out of all our religions and simply directed all our energies to serve and be in Unity with the Greatest Love There Is. Which we know is the Christ Spirit. Chism teaches this in his Safety Protocols. In kundalini, I am the student. CHISM: " Others who have activated without these teachings have and are suffering terribly and my heart goes out to them. They will learn though in their own good or bad time " . Lets look at it again, " Love " in its entirey. (Love is the strongest quality) LOVE by Chism Actively love what is happening. Express this active love by being actively forgiving and interested in being of service to others. Not in a slavish or demeaning way but in a confidant and strength based, loving way. Help that kid or senior citizen or fellow mortal without endangering yourself preferably. This allows the Kundalini to activate your systems much cleaner and more quickly. I know it sounds hokey but love is the strongest quality and just as the negative can turn around and bite so does the love turn around and embrace - even faster! Love causes the energy to move rapidly and as you practice this quality you will find that negativity just doesn't seem to come your way as much and then almost never. Service to others or for others is an essential practice for the Kundalini of this lineage. Others who have activated without these teachings have and are suffering terribly and my heart goes out to them. They will learn though in their own good or bad time. They will learn what you are learning right now. This is one of the best safeties you can practice because as I mentioned before you are being observed, really, and those who are observing will not allow you, who are a part, now, of their lineage to be harmed for the practice of love. A protection has been placed around you for the purpose of giving you the opportunity to take this evolutionary step called the Kundalini. As you practice, communications and assurances will be given by this source to help you on the path. Remember your " thank you's " .
