Help in Quitting

The night before last after I requested prayers from all of you to

help me quit smoking and after talking to Elektra and deciding to

travel this journey together, I myself went to God asking him for his

help and his guidance and to heal my body, my mind, and my spirit.

 

After I spoke with God, I began speaking with my Kundalini and I

asked it the same thing, then off to bed I went. I had a wonderful

experience, tiresome, but wonderful and love filled. As I began to

relax, my right leg began suffering from extreme RLS or something

similar. My leg had the need to bend upward with the heel of my foot

touching the back of my thigh as my toes flexed pointing upward

toward my knees, it would do this in a hard jerking manner. Every

time it would do this, it would hold and then release. After about

the first 4 or 5 times doing it a thought came to me that it was K,

it was working on that leg healing it. I have had problems since I

broke my baby toe last summer with my knee swelling up and hurting

due to my compensating with my walk for my baby toe. It had begun to

affect my hip as well. Anyway, I knew that K was beginning to heal my

leg and hip; with knowledge given to me this was what was happening.

I began to feel lightness in my knee as it worked it.

 

In between the leg jerking, I began to have spasms in my torso, with

the spasms came the need for my spine to either go into a firm deep

arching or a firm rounding and like my leg, when it would do this it

would hold in that position and then release. It continued to do this

repeatedly. At this point I must note that the events of my leg and

the events of my torso where synchronized perfectly as to not

interrupt the others purpose.

 

As my torso experienced this I began to experience an internal orgasm

as my back arched firmly, and as each orgasm peaked, my back would

arch more and then hold as the fluid released up my spine into the

base of my neck into the lower back of my head. Each orgasm was more

intense than the latter, and the depth of the arch was more than I

myself could make it arch, at least without pain or pulling something

causing damage. Sometimes the orgasms came when my back was rounding

and with each burst of the orgasms my back would round more almost as

if I were curling into a fetal position. Sometimes my back would go

rapidly from arching to rounding in a rapid succession with an

orgasmic eruption occurring. I remembered thinking at one point how

my spine seemed to be moving in the pattern of a snake if viewed from

the side. I also thought I would wake my hubby up, but that thought

would leave as I enjoyed the feelings of bliss and love. And no I

didn't wake him which is unusual because he is a light sleeper.

Anyhow, as all of this was happening, my entire body began to feel

lighter and almost liquid. I could feel healing occurring. As I lay

there experiencing this I finally drifted off to sleep somewhere

between 5:30 and 6:00 a.m. I thought I would be tired when it was

time for me to get up to go to the " Daily Bread " soup kitchen to

volunteer, but I actually work up about 8:00 a.m. or so ready to go.

My back was sore as if I had been working out, which I had...LOL! My

back arched and rounded more than it had ever before...at least on

purpose and as I said before I probably couldn't make it do as much

as it did with out pain or hurting myself.

 

Last night I had the same experience. It wasn't quite as intense as

the night before unless I slept through it, but…who knows.

 

Just thought I would share with you that Kundalini loves us and will

help if you ask! Sometimes even if you don't…but hey, isn't that the

way things go when you got something GREAT!
