Some books you may find intresting (as I did) are the books written by

Timothy Freke and Peter Gandy. " The Jesus Mysteries " series opened my eyes to

the deeper gnostic meaning behind the " man "

I find it hard to believe that the Bible was totally accurate, as

nothing was written about Jesus until at least 70 years after his

death. Whoever wrote it, would have either not have known him, or if

he did know him, was very old.

Jesus was a great Soul, but also a human being. I dont believe God

is a person. God is Love, and seeing God as a man is just a

personification of the Love.

Jesus seemed to want to make changes to Judaism of the time, and as

always, the Jews would never kill their own, no matter what he said

he was. They probably saw him as a bit deluded.

Jesus' greatest message was when the woman tried to hold on to his

robe, thinking that if she touched him, she would be healed. And

Jesus said " It is thy faith that makes thee whole " .

were a politically-motivated group of assassins, in modern

definition, the " terrorists " of their day. He was laying claim to an

earthly kingdom, the Throne of David, and it was the Romans who

killed him for sedition - not the Jews, who legally could have

killed him by stoning, if the crime he was accused of was indeed

blasphemy. So where do we get the idea that he was some kind of

peace, love and brotherhood guy laying claim to some kind of

metaphysical kingship? That's what I am trying to understand.

I have never read books like that as I dont know how accurate they

are either. I have read books that claim that Jesus didnt even

exist, and that the virgin birth was something to do with magic

mushrooms. So after reading that, I decided not to read any!

Hi there, some very interesting books about the life of jesus

are,'They walked with jesus, and Jesus and the essenes by Dolores Cannon. She is

a well known past life regression hypnotherapist who has obtained all sorts of

fascinating info on metaphysics, etc etc. But her stories obtained about the

life of jesus are just fascinating and ring true for me. The info comes from

people in deep hypnosis recalling past lives who were followers of jesus.

For me my instinct tells me these are accurate accounts of his life

anyway...Enjoy!

I have read almost all of Dolores Cannon's books and enjoyed reading

all of them and found them very fascinating, but I would not for a

minute consider some channelled message from and an Essense name Suddi

having more authority than the written biblical account. jmho
