Guest guest Posted February 19, 2008 Report Share Posted February 19, 2008 Dear Carol, When I had the GFA, it was a pleasant feeling of a warm fluid coming up my spine and there was no burning at all and is a very distinct feeling that you will not miss, with no pain whatsoever. I had none of the other symptoms that are mentioned and did not try to make this happen as it just happened by itself and was quite surprising and hope to feel it again, soon!
