Guest guest
I think some people like to throw around the word cult as a judgment. I've heard it a lot. Christianity was even called a cult. In this day it insinuates mind control and manipulation. Those things are not present in our group. We're in school, learning to forgive and balance, embracing our own paths with God and Shakti, waking up from our dreaming and embracing the Reality of Now and who we are in it, learning to serve and share what we are given. If we praise it is because he helps us so much to listen to our deeper selves and the freedom within us, and he's there for us when we run into any problems, or have any questions. We would praise any other person who helps us in a deep way as well. It is the natural response of the heart...gratitude. Gratitude is one of the Safeties! When I think of the song that plays in my mind sometimes is " To Sir with Love. " He is our very own Teacher, given to us by God, and I am grateful for him.
