Chrism, in the early morning of Feb. 14th, the morning after your KarmaCaffe

interview, I had what I believe is a past-life dream...it was a whopper in the

sense that I was someone well-known who lived in the 19th century, died about 35

years before I was born. And it makes some sense in terms of the person I am in

this life AND in terms of a past-life waking flashback I had in my early 30s in

which I was likely this same person except the waking flashback was to an

earlier time in her life and did not present a name like the dream did.

I have since done some research on the Internet and am reading a book that is

corroborating dream details in a very uncanny way. I had heard of this woman

but knew nothing about her life except the obvious thing for which she is known.

Is it possible that my Kundalini shared a truth with me...a past life?

Blessings & love,

Claudia

Don't go back to sleep

This instruction is very relevant to the Kundalini, as much energy

and opportunity are present at the dusk and the dawn, when, as Rumi

states, there are secrets to tell and many crossing the threshold.

(Not only sleepers are crossing that threshold) This is absolutely

the truth.

Much of the " kriyas " activity in the person will be present at about

3:00 AM. This is why many of the K yoga folks call it the golden

hour. I find it happens anywhere from 3 to 8 am and is variable with

the amount of sleep the individual has received and is needed.

Beginnings and endings have their own special power as they are

individual and intertwined. -blessings- chrism
