Hi CV, an easy way to reduce the volume of your posts is to package

them into digests. Digests allow you to read only those postings

that catch your eye as you drop down through their contents. I think

there's presently about a 3 way split between those members who elect

to receive individual emails, those who get digests and those who go

direct to the website at their personal convenience. If you want help

in editing your reading preference, please advise - Cheers - John.
