Guest guest
No Thomas but do take actual time out of your early day or some part of your days during this Shaktipat to honor the process that is being given. 3:00 am is a time Kundalini is active so there may be an option for you. Remember that you are new here and your practice for you in the context of direct activation of your Kundalini via a Scatterfield is also new for you and your practice and familiarity with the safeties will take both time and practice. It is from this familiarity and practice that will be drawn the intencity of your Shaktipat. Do not do the breathing or really any of the exercises while you drive because you never know and I have activated aspects of my Kundalini while behind the wheel and it is no picnic so please be advised. Practice the safeties daily and the Tibetans and as you begin to make this a part of your life inside of a high priority your activation will be a loving and in many cases a blissful event. But do not stop when that occurs keep going and build upon your momentum. There is always further to go and one is never " done " . You may experience intuitions that guide you towards or away from certain activities. Follow those intuitions. Pay attention and be discerning of what is being communicated via non verbal communications. - blessings Thomas - chrism
Guest guest
You are absolutely correct and I have not forgotten that I am new here at all. That would be easy to do though, as everyone here is very open and kind. I realize that it takes a bit of time to develop a new habit, and perfect an exercise move. I am endeavoring to take your advice to heart, and am a hard worker. 3am will be ok on Sunday morning, but on the other nights I am at work. I'll just do them as I can and try to come up with a routine that works for me. I do appreciate all that you are doing here, and the things that you tell me. thomas _____ No Thomas but do take actual time out of your early day or some part of your days during this Shaktipat to honor the process that is being given. 3:00 am is a time Kundalini is active so there may be an option for you.
