Guest guest Posted February 24, 2008 Report Share Posted February 24, 2008 Warm-Up Exercise #1 Stand upright, tilt your head sideways towards your left shoulder and hold it for five seconds, then tilt your head towards your chest and hold it 5 seconds. Should this next one be the right shoulder. Thats what I have been doing and then last night I realized it dosn't say that at all. Then tilt your head towards your left Shoulder and hold it five seconds, and lastly tilt your head backward and hold it five seconds. Return your head to a normal position.
