Safeties - query for

I am finding that I am craving food that is tasty, and everything

seems to taste a bit bland these days. Is this something to do with

kundalini?

I know that the taste buds can go through many changes as the K goes

through us. I have had times when I can barely eat at all, other

times when I can't stop eating, sometimes I can't eat meat and other

times I can't get a steak fast enough, lol. There will be many

changes that occur. I have learned to just roll with it. If you

fight against it, you may have some negative results.

Thanks, Sarita. I would normally fight it, and make sure I always

eat healthily and watch my weight, but in this case, I have just

gone with it. Thank goodness that I did! :)

Isn't this the truth, I was craving a meaty sandwich with lots of veggies in it

(I'm at work), so I couldn't have it and drank my protein shake instead. Now I'm

getting my heart palputations again :( Hopefully they pass soon! I hate them.

I'm asking Shakti to adjust me perhaps while I am sleeping instead of at work :)
