Guest guest
I am forwarding this message for Claudia. Her father passed away this morning. Sarita Daddy went Home this morning a little after 5 a.m. As I relayed to you, Sarita, Dad told Mom yesterday afternoon that he was going to die...the soul knows these things. Mom called me at 3:30 a.m. this morning saying that he was breathing had become labored and rapid. I packed a bag and took off for my folks' house, but did not arrive until after he had transitioned. However, this was not a sadness or regret for me as I had spent every weekend with him for the last month and a half and told him on the phone yesterday that I love him. At that time, he asked me if I was about to leave...perhaps he thought for a moment that we were all going Home with him. More likely he was just disoriented, as he certainly had one foot on earth and one at Home at the time. Mom said that, this morning about 10 minutes before Dad transitioned, he opened his eyes and reached his right hand out into the air in front of him...I know that his loved ones who had gone before him (including his grandson, Kenny, who was killed 5 years ago) were beckoning to him and Dad was reaching out to join them. I'm sure that Kenny was right there in front! I will be out of touch with the group and you guys for a while. The memorial service is on Friday then we will go home on Saturday or Sunday, probably Sunday. Sarita, would you kindly forward this email to the group for me? I am so grateful for everyone's prayers over the last weeks and months. And I'm so happy that we (my family) were able to give Dad his last wish: to die at home in his bed! I can feel your love and support around me...thank you. Love, Claudia

Guest guest
Hi Claudia My deep sympathies for you and your family's loss, here are a few words I put together for you. For just as the rose bud, blooms and falls So follows the cycle that mankind befalls Once filled with the energy of vibrant youth Only to be replaced with moments of truth Until all that remains from memories past Is a kaleidoscope of pictures in our heart of hearts With constant nostalgia that nothing will last As we transition yet further, ever so fast Death is a flicker, and then in the past Whence back to our source Where we see our true course Love, healing and blessings nick > >
