Reflecting on Death, Awakening and Really Living

Hello. I was just reading your caring & sharing concerning the death

of a family member of someone here and was struck by the outpouring

and the opportunity death of another provides people if they are

about Kundalini/Holy Spirit and awakening in this

life, inviting questions like what is there to awaken from, a dream,

the illusion of death, and so on? The other day I was listening to

someone who invited people to consider that everyone you know, both

young and old, will all be dead within 100 years, along with

everybody else who is alive right now on planet earth. Now that is

death on a scale that is something to really think about, and maybe

even a wake up call, as in 'what's it all about' and why are we

really here?

These two links really make it graphic.

I hope this is as well received as it is sent as well meant.

It was well recieved Arcturus,

I am totally at peace with Death and actually used to

look forward to it before I even found God!!!

I think it was my total acceptance of death that lead

me to God and the understanding of eternal life, weird

but true.

I used to think that death would be a lovely respite

at the end of a long life, just lie there in the

ground all peaceful and serene, not having to worry

anymore, having lived the miracle that is life. Death

stood for life. To die one has to have lived. Before

I found God life seemed to be such a random miracle,

the chance that the egg and sperm that made me came

together at all seemed so miraculous I was dizzy at

the fact I had ever been created by my Mum and Dad.

Any way, I'm just rambling now...hee hee,

Love Elektra x x x
