Guest guest
I have been having a lot of pain the past few days in my low back and left hip. It radiates down almost to the knee. I am very stiff and sore, I honestly feel old. Alexandra had me on the run yesterday up and down stairs and I finally just couldn't do it anymore. Last night I dreamed of taking Vicodin (which I haven't had in nearly a year) I will not take any pain meds, but I was wondering if there was some kind of natural pain remedy that I could use? Guest guest
The pain is from the Kundalini as it releases more completely into your system. Remember it is continuous and slow in its release into you Sarita. As we have discussed more of an approach into reaching into the gifting of your skills for the betterment of others can cause this " pain " to relax as the infusion is opened to more space inside of the emotional and spiritual bodies. More of an expansion and a stretching of the physical body can be most helpful as well gentle yoga done in a pool to start or the sunrise salutation done gently. The pain will not continue under these intentions and applications. It isnt a one time application though and consistancy is most important. Pain in a Kundalini context can indicate blockages or needed expansions for the person inside of the infusion. There is more but i will have to come back this evening. - , " Sarita " <sarita1969 wrote: > > I have been having a lot of pain the past few days in my low back and > left hip. Guest guest
I just started Tai Chi yesterday! That was the instinct I got after asking for guidance. I sensed something has been wrong with my body lately - concretizing sounds about right. Aside from needing Tai Chi for Dummies lessons...I think it was great. The DVD I have instructs the tongue up and one excercise they said was supposed to move the energy up the spine really set my K off! I had such warm tingles all the way up. After I finished I felt light and my low back/hip released a lot of pain and tension. I am going to try to make this a daily habit. I haven't felt this good in a long time and the gentle movements are ones that I can do.
