Guest guest
Dear Group; My cable was down for the past week. (Seems a pesky squirrel or chipmunk chewed through the outside cable, stranding me without internet service.) That provided me with a lot of time to reflect on my newly developing symptoms and for that I am thankful. I am having so many symptoms; I am pretty sure they are K related. But there are so many of them that I am wondering if I am doing something wrong. Claudia urged me to post them last week….but that little squirrel stopped me. Here goes…. · Almost constant rumbling vibrations in the area of my heart chakra that radiate across my entire chest. These rarely go away. It is a constant distraction. I am learning to ignore them and go about my normal day. · Mild ‘roving’ vibrations at night that move around my body as I am trying to sleep. These move from the low back, to abdomen, to chest, to upper back. · Very strong vibrations at night that begin at the back of my head and move down my neck and across my upper back. It feels like my head ‘rattles’ and that the back of my head may just blow-off. These keep getting stronger. No pain, thank goodness. · My brain feels like it is ‘shifting’ or ‘quivering’ inside my skull. I actually feel some sort of movement in there. This turns into a dizziness and ‘spacey’ feeling, like I am floating or mildly spinning. This began at bedtime only and has now progressed to involve much of the day. No pain but very hard to focus and become involved with normal family events. I feel kinda disconnected from everything. This is troublesome to me. · Surges of heat through my entire body, mostly at night. Blankets on, blankets off…. all night. (This might be pre-menopausal hot flashes though. LOL) · Intermittent racing feeling in my heart, like a panic attack or some feeling of ‘doom’. Only happens at night and very rarely. · An occasional pain in my right ear that progresses to a ‘fullness’ feeling. Once in awhile there is a ringing sound. · Tender areas on my lower back around my kidneys. explained this last week. I am drinking tons of water, but they are still tender. · Total lack of appetite. Nothing sounds good anymore. (This won’t be a bad thing as I could stand to lose about 20+ pounds. LOL) · Intense tickling sensations in my nose every few nights. Rubbing does not take them away or lessen them. (kinda funny, actually) · A stabbing pain in my solar plexus if I am having a disagreement with my husband. This feels like a knife twisting around. This only happens when I am angry, so I try to stay happy and not let any tension build. This one hurts. · And the King Daddy….those wild kriyas. They began about a week ago with my legs jerking/spasms that caused me to flip over from my side unto my back while sleeping. These have intensified and spread to involve my hips, pelvis and arching of my back. My head is pushed/turned to the left, my body twists to the right and once in awhile my left arm lifts up in to air. A few nights ago my toes began a ‘toe dance’. They began to flex one after the other in a fast rhythm. (like finger exercises for the piano). Then my lower lip started moving. This flopping around, arching and twisting can go on most of the night, or last just 15 minutes. I accept them and do not try to control them. But I find myself losing a lot of sleep and this is not good. (I am very sensitive to lack of sleep, just ask my poor family. LOL) I have twitches too, but those do not cause any loss of sleep. As a former ‘lurker’, I have read of others with a few of these. My concern is that I seem to have so many all at once. Are these symptoms going to get even worse? I feel like I am on a runaway train that is out of control and that I might just crash. How long can I expect them to continue? Can I ever expect them to go away or at least decrease so I can sleep? I am consistently practicing the safeties, Tibetans, meditating, alternate-nostril breathing and additional yoga stretches & twists each day. The additional yoga seems to help a bit. I also walk briskly for 30 minutes each day. Intellectually I feel this must be the path I have been lead to by my prayers. I feel this down deep inside, but sometimes is it hard to keep this focus. As I stop resisting and accept what is happening, it seems that another symptom is added to the ever-growing list. Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated. Guest guest
Hi Lori! I will leave your laundry list of symptoms to Chrism. I have one question for you - are you doing any kind of selfless service? This is one thing that can make a huge difference and help to move the energy and ease off some of the symptoms. Not saying it will make them all disappear, but I think it would help a great deal. We have a sister group that you might consider joining: http://health.Kundalini-Healing/ Sending healing to others is a wonderful example of service. Guest guest
Lori, With time, the symptoms will become subtler and subside. The spasms etc. are a manifestation of the energy as it burns through a lot of dross and blockages. The more the blockages, the wilder the symptoms. As your energetic system becomes cleaner, the flow becomes smoother and more harmonious. Just keep doing the safeties etc., and keep an eye on your emotions & energy field. You might develop new symptoms as the old ones begin to fade. No worries, it's all part of the process. Sel , Laa <horsemom3646 wrote: > > Dear Group; > > My cable was down for the past week. Guest guest
Hi Sarita; Thank you for your comments and suggestions. I do some 'random acts of kindness' around my neighborhood, like taking my elderly neighbor's garbage out and a little yard work. My 93 year old grandmother moved in with us in the fall. (She is living in our dining room since we don't have any spare bedrooms) I take care of her along with physician's appointments, surgery, medical treatments, shopping and such. (I am a nurse and that helps with her care.) I will try to find the time to do more little things here and there around the community, but it is difficult. I am a member of the healing group, but as a 'lurker' of course. So I quietly pray for individuals while hiding in the shadows. LOL Thank you again for offering your insight. Guest guest
Hi Sel; Thank you for the encouragement and advice. I will relax and flop around and patiently wait for 'the light at the end of the tunnel' so to speak. Do you think there is a correlation between the amount of symptoms one exhibits and the amount of negative karma one has? In other words, am I carrying an unusual amount of blockages from an overload of bad karma? Was I or am I a bad person? Yikes! Thanks again. Guest guest
I don't think blockages have to do with being " bad, " now or in the past. They have to do with traumas, issues, problems that we haven't handled well--not yet, that is. Sel , Laa <horsemom3646 wrote: > > Hi Sel; > > Thank you for the encouragement and advice. Guest guest
Hi Lori, Wow you sure are getting the works at the moment, I dont know why particularly but I'm being drawn to share a passage of a book with you that was shown to me today. 'm not sure what I'm going to do with this info nor what you should do with it. please disregard it if it makes no sense... Its from a book called 'Healing with chakra energy' by an author called Lilla Bek who went through a K awakening. She discusses alot of stuff about the ancient healers and temple initiates and how they learned to integrate the energy- kundalini energy no doubt. She talks about the emblem of the caduceus- The symbol of the snake twining around the pole. She calls it the Askelpios, and how it represented total fusion ( of man - or woman, returning to the depths of his inconscious self and becoming healthy, achieving attunement and harmony). The temple initiates used the snake as a symbol/ tool as they identified with it as was observed to grow every year and shed its skin and start again with a new one. It was a continuous process of growth and transformation. They would identify with the snake while trying to acheive a free stream of energy flow through their bodies. They would even hold them, moving their hands down them, feeling how their release systems worked observing how the snakes' energy coursed smoothly, without restriction. Some of the sacred dances they performed were emulations of the snake. they were exersices in feeling, sensing and in becoming the snake. They then became fused with it in a constant flow of energy. The only reason I can think of that I might have had this passage shown to me is that i will try to use this next time I'm having strong symptoms. ie I will try to BE a snake. Maybe it will be helpful to you too, I'd be interested to hear if it does. I've had many of the same symptoms that you've described, it's an intense time. definitely the more time you can give it the better so it doesn't have to disturb you while you are trying to sleep. I would'nt think things were going to get any worse. I'm convinced it flows as much as it knows you can tolerate. One thing I have found helpful for a whole lot of ongoing symptoms when they crop up is to use homeopathics. i can literally feel the energy release when i take the right remedy. I get a hold of a materia medica and i ask the energy to point to the remedy that will be useful to me. In this way i've overcome the panic attack type symptoms, palpitations, a battered immune system from overstimulated adrenals. So I'm really finding it helpful. Also it can be used in this way to select all sorts of remedies and answer questions such as whether i need grounding etc. I've also been able to use sun warmed stones to move energy blocks. (They're free!) Anyway i've rambled enough now, good luck and remember it will ease sometime soon and start to flow smoother and things won't feel so coarse. Wishing you a free flow of energy Love Ana
