I publicly declare my intention to participate in the Vernal Equinox Shaktipat.

I give permission to place the scatterfield around me.

 

I am practicing the Safeties as well as the Tibetans. I have placed my photo in

the Vernal Equinox Shaktipat album and I think I placed it in the right place

for the Scatterfield. They are just waiting for approval.
