Guest guest Posted March 3, 2008 Report Share Posted March 3, 2008 ok, i have a question on the 5 tibetans....i have been doing them daily, but i think i may be confused on something (nothing new there...lol) the first always gets me....it's not nearly as bad as it was when i first started them...atleast i don't feel nauseaus after it anymore...anyway, i'm rambling...i only can do 3 of those right now, but if i can do more of the other ones should i do more? i thought it had to be the same number for all of them, for ex: i thought since i could only do 3 of the first ones that i should only do 3 of the others as well. then i read where some people do 21 of some and 3 of others. am i only confusing myself here? heehee brandyk Looking for last minute shopping deals?
