Guest guest
Hello Brandy, Do as many as you can safely do of each of the Tibetans. Dont rush yourself but allow yourself time to come into them as your body becomes conditioned towards their expression through you. So yes three of the spins or turns (towards the right) are appropritate for you at this time. Do these for a time and then increase to six or how ever many that you can increase it to. Up to 21 reps of each Tibetan. Then do them twice a day. You can do the amount that you can do twice a day at this point as well Brandy. Please also be diligent in the other aspects of the safeties as well. - blessings and balance BrandyK!- chrism
Guest guest
I also have a question pertaining to the Tibetans: I am still doing the alternate exercise for #4, not because I can't get up, but because of my elbows and the strain of this weight on them. Is this exercise as good? Should I continue with the alternate? Thanks, Thomas _____ On Behalf Of chrism Hello Brandy, Do as many as you can safely do of each of the Tibetans. Guest guest
Hello Thomas, Yes do the fourth Tibetan as it is given to do but do not do it twenty one times. When you feel as if you have done as many as ypou can do - safely without harm to your elbows - then that is enough. Can be as little as 4 or 6 - Dont hurt yourself and yet do the fourth Tibetan as you can. Remember to tense the body at the top of this form. With practice your strength in this area will be increased and eventually you can do the entire set. - blessings Thomas - chrism , " Thomas Brooks " <magick41 wrote: > > I also have a question pertaining to the Tibetans: I am still doing the > alternate exercise for #4, not because I can't get up, but because of my > elbows and the strain of this weight on them.
