There is a purpose and has been a purpose for your expression in this life and these activities are part of that in my humble opinion. I support and rejoice that these realignments are commencing within you Laura and that you are indeed listening to what directions the Kundalini is giving you. Good Going! You are strong and able and capable of doing all of these healthful balancings even if you were completely alone with them. We are with you and offer our support and friendship yet this is a directive from Kundalini. We are mere bystanders as this great force works its wonders upon and with in you.
